Some suggestions for things you could include in the description field for your listing ff your property is listed as Luxury:

 

• What is it about your property that makes it luxury (e.g. fully serviced, 4 star or above AAA rating).
• What special facilities do you have that add to the luxury? (e.g. spa, massages).
• What added touches do you supply that a standard property would not (e.g. king size beds in all rooms, ensuites in all rooms)
• Is high quality linen provided?
