"The system looks as though it is going to be much more useful for us - we find people hate going back and forth with e-mails to get to the end point of confirming a booking. The time lag loses opportunities for operators to lock in a booking. Also, it should force operators to keep their calendars up to date, as it opens the way for double bookings to occur.
Having the capacity to book each room as a separate product is also excellent."
